A Holiday Adventure

It’s hard to believe that it is December already. I think I say this every year.

We have had a super busy and totally amazing year here at Rejuvenation. When I look back to the beginning I recall attending our first “Store 3″ (internal speak for our new Los Angeles store) meeting last January, and thinking to myself, “how will I ever get all of this done?” But here we are. Up and running in a beautiful space and already looking towards “Store 4″ for 2012 (sorry we can’t tell you where just yet). All of our stores hosted  really great events- 21 to be exact- throughout the year, ranging from an evening with legendary Oregon builder Robert Rummer, to mingling at the Eat Real Festival in LA, to our Salvage Buying event in Seattle. We even threw together a nifty little soiree for our trade and media friends in NYC. I don’t think I’ve ever criss-crossed our country so many times in such a short period of time before! It truly has been an amazing year.

Next year is looking as though it will be just as action packed and full of excitement. What’s a girl to do to re-charge in between? This particular girl is spending the holidays in Thailand! This brings me full circle to the first line of this post- I can’t believe it is December already. I’d somehow managed to avoid the holiday decorations and hustle and bustle of the season. I didn’t realize I was missing it until I stopped by our Portland store for a meeting and noticed our subtle holiday decor, on the sales floor and in our national call center. Here are a few pictures for you all who don’t live close by.
